In Store Pick Up
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Blaze Imports Inc 2551 US Highway 17 92 N Haines City FL 33844 where in-store pickup is available. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are as shown as regular business times on google and 7days a week. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Also must bring in valid state ID/passport that matches order name or if someone else is picking up they must be noted in the order with first and last name as shown on state id or authorized under customers account.

International Buyer: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

● When and if return is approved images & info will be required and item(s) must have original packaging
● If we do not receive a response when return case is open it will automatically be closed out with in 5 business days
● Item must be unused and unopened and in its original packaging .
● Most Items we do not accept returns for have warranty or is covered by the manufacturer witch is the reason we do not accept the returns on them.
